We will exchange your purchase or credit your account for all products in original packaging and unused condition; must be within 14 days of purchase.

We currently offer daily delivery in Beaumont - always free, no exceptions.
We offer a free Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert delivery service on orders over $50.00.
Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $3.50 delivery fee.

We are not liable for any theft, or thawing, that might occur as a result of leaving the delivery outside for any period of time.
If you provided an apartment/condo for delivery, we will text you when we arrive. It is imperative that you meet, or let the delivery driver in, within 10 minutes of the arrival text.
Customers that do not respond within the 10 minute time frame will be required to pick up their order in Beaumont; no refunds will be issued for any applicable delivery fee.
Yes! If you prefer, we can arrange a pick up in Beaumont.
